Check the wireless signal indicator in the status bar at the top of the screen. If there is no signal, you are not connected.
Make sure the device’s wireless communication function is set to on. If problem persist, contact your Wi-Fi administrator.
Make sure to select the right network and input the right password.

There is no sound coming from the device
Unplug and reconnect the headset. Make sure that the connector is pushed in all the way.
The volume may be deactivated or set too low.
Check the software volume settings.

The actual storage is less than

As the device needs to take some space to hold system applications and data files, so the actual storage is less than the memory
capacity in specification.
