3.4  Web Interface 

The LPS1000 offers IP addressable web monitor function.    This allows remote access over 

the internet to the LPS1000 to monitor and view the LPS1000 status, remotely power cycle 

each port, and remotely system reset the LPS1000 and all 5 ports.     

 

3.4.1  Connecting to the Web Interface 

 

1.  Change your computer IP address to one that is in the same subnet as the LPS1000.   

The default LPS1000 IP address is 192.168.1.30 and subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. 

2.  Launch your favorite web browser on your PC. 

3.  Type the IP address of the LPS1000 switch into the Web address window. Press 

Enter. 

4.  Key in the designated username and password.    Default is “root” and “root”. 

 

5.  Click OK. The status page of the web-based management interface will now appear.
