8.1. Test contents
This chapter describes the Test contents of each test item.
8.1.1. 6-1-1 Threshold Levels
Output High Voltage / Output Low Voltage
The card output signal cannot be verified with this tool. An automatic judgment can be
done by using the Agilent oscilloscope.
Input Low Voltage
It is not possible to measure it with this tool.
Input High Voltage
Since it is described in the Physical Test Specification for Card Version3.00 Draft0.70 that
Compliance Tester is not necessary to measure Input Low Voltage and Input High Voltage,
the Test contents and the test outcome should be treated as reference data.
8.1.2. 6-1-2 Leakage Current
It is not possible to measure it with this tool.
8.1.3. 6-1-3 Supply Voltage

It is possible to measure it with this tool.
8.1.4. 6-1-4 Current Consumption
Current Consumption
The card Current Consumption cannot be verified with this tool. An automatic judgment
can be done by using the Agilent oscilloscope.
8.1.5. 6-1-5 Pull-Up Resistance and Line Capacitance
It is not possible to measure it with this tool.
8.1.6. 6-1-6 Bus Timing
Measurement of Output Timing
The card output timing cannot be verified with this tool. An automatic judgment can be
done by using the Agilent oscilloscope.
Measurement of Input Setup/Hold Timing
It is possible to measure it with this tool.
8.1.7. 6-2-1 Threshold Levels
Output High Voltage / Output Low Voltage
The card output signal cannot be judged with this tool. An automatic judgment becomes
possible by uniting with the Agilent oscilloscope.
