Shift1 is a data pattern in which 1 bit in the 4-bit data bus becomes L and this outputting L bit is
shifted for every one clock. The data sequence is shown in Figure 7-14.

- Toggle01
Toggle01 is a data pattern in which 4-bit in the data bus is toggled for every one clock. The
data sequence is shown in Figure 7-15.

Toggle01 Data Pattern
- File
This option outputs the data read from the specified file. If this option is selected, it is needed
to specify a data pattern file. To select a file, click the
Data File Search
button. The data
pattern file must be binary data and when its size is smaller than the value specified with the
number of block count, it becomes an error. If the content of a data file is 01 23 45 67, the data
is output to the SD bus in the sequence as shown in Figure 7-16.
