Put the plug on the equipment into a socket (not
that one on the equipment).
Turn the heater on/off button to the required
position. Doing so, the heating elements start to
work. Each switch controls horizontal heating
elements. (page-2)
In order to put the spit into operation (rotation),
turn switch (I-0-II) into either position "I" or "II"
(turning to the right / left).
NOTE:
According to the customer request, you
can realize the spit revolving process through an
electrical foot pedal that’s provided optionally.
If you wish to cut the roasted meat with an
electric knife, there is a safety socket at the back
of the equipment.
Once the meat block roasted enough, it is ready to
serve.
5. SWITCHING OFF
Turn the heater On-Off button to position "0".
Turn the Switch of the motor to position "0".
6. SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
Do not leave the equipment without supervision.
Switch it off while you leave the room.
Do not leave children alone with the equipment.
(In case of fire danger)
Do not intervene the meat block with an
instrument expect döner knife during operation.
As a safety device, there is a thermocouple witch
shuts off the gas if the flame or the radiants
extinguish.
WARNING :
Do not clean your equipment with
water or pressured steam otherwise electrical
installation can be defected.
7. MAINTENANCE
Do not do any maintenance work or cleaning
when the power is connected.
Clean the appliance with a cloth soaked in
lukewarm
soapy
water
and
disinfectant
(particularly contact surfaces of meat) harmless to
food stuff at the end of each working.
Do not use any scrapers such as knife, wire brush
or cleaning materials that scratch your equipment.
If necessary ; use chemical cleaning products.
If the equipment will not be aperated for along
time apply a thin layer of vaselin on the surfaces
In case of danger call the authorized service
personnel. Do not let unauthorized people
intervene with the machine.

PDE300/400)
First remove any burnt-on deposits or spilled food
from the panel surface with a suitable scraper.
When the surface has cooled down, apply a few
drops of an approved cleaner and wipe with a
paper towel or clean soft cloth.
Rinse well with water and dry with another paper
towel or soft cloth.
Do not use abrasive sponges or scourers of any
type. Corrosive cleaners such as oven sprays and
stain removers should also not be used either.
Suitable cleaners are all cleaners which can be
used for ROBAX resp. glass ceramic. (Example
”Sidol für Stahl” a German product.)
Replacement
of
Motor
(Figure-1)
(For
PDE303/403/503)
Lay the appliance down to on floor lateral surface
and remove the cover of under casing.
Disconnect the electric cables attaining to the
motor.
Disconnect the M6*10 bolts located near the “4”
numbered motor connection sheet iron.
Then, disconnect M3*10 bolts and remove the
“6” numbered motor.
Insert the new motor and connect the electric
cables to the related terminal.
Install the disconnected bolts to their places and
fix the motor.
Place the cover of under casing and bring the
appliance to vertical position.
