7. BAKIM
Bakım yada temizlik faaliyetine başlamadan önce
cihazın elektrik bağlantısını mutlaka kesiniz.
Cihazı her çalışma günü sonunda ılık sabunlu
suya bastırılmış bir bez ve gıda maddelerine zarar
vermeyecek bir dezenfektan ile (özellikle etin
temas ettiği yerleri) temizleyiniz.
Cihaz yüzeyi temizlenirken aşındırıcı içeriği olan
deterjanlar, tel fırçalar vb. yüzeylerde çizik
yapabilecek malzemeler kullanmayınız.
Eğer cihaz uzun müddet kullanılmayacaksa,
yüzeyler ince bir tabaka vazelinle kaplanmalıdır.
Cihazda tehlikeli bir durum görülmesi halinde
yetkili servise haber veriniz. Ehliyetsiz kişilerin
cihaza müdahale etmesine izin vermeyiniz.
Camın Temizlenmesi (PDE300/400 hariç)
Öncelikle uygun bir kazıyıcı ile sıçrayan gıda yada
yanık kalıntılarını panel yüzeyinden temizleyin.
Panel yüzeyi soğuduğunda birkaç damla uygun
temizleyici uygulayın ve bir kağıt havlu yada temiz
yumuşak bir kumaşla silin.
Su ile iyice durulayın ve başka bir kağıt havlu yada
yumuşak kumaşla kurutun.
Aşındırıcı sünger yada herhangi bir ovucu
kullanmayın. Kurum temizleyici ve fırın spreyi
gibi aşındırıcı temizleyicilerde kullanılmamalıdır.
Uygun
temizleyiciler
cam
seramikler
için
kullanılabilen tüm temizleyicilerdir. (örneğin
Alman malı “Sidol für Stahl”)

Cihazı yan yatırıp alt kapak sacını sökünüz.
Motora gelen elektrik kablolarını sökünüz.
“4” nolu motor bağlantı sacı yanlarındaki M6*10
civataları sökünüz. Daha sonra M3*10 civataları
söküp “6” nolu motoru çıkarınız
Yeni motoru yerine takıp elektrik kablolarını ilgili
yerlere bağlayınız.
Sökülen
civataları
yerlerine
takıp
motoru
sabitleyiniz.
Alt kapak sacını yerine takıp cihazı dik konuma
getiriniz.

Please read these instructions carefully
before using the appliance, and retain them

Disrespect of the instructions given by the
producer alang with the appliance (Use,
maintenance, installation, technical data table
and data plate) may compromise the appliance
safety and will result in immediate loss of the
warranty. The manufacturer declines all

or things, due to disrespect of the instructions.
1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation of the appliance and
electrical
installation should be done according to the local
standards by an experienced staff.
Place the appliance on a flat surface.
Place the equipment under a commercial exhaust
hood, in a properly-ventilated area.
ATTENTION :
The equipment must be placed at
least 40cm away from each side walls and any
other objects to prevent overheating. Should this
appliance be placed in immediate vicinity of a
wall, dividing walls, kitchen furniture, decorative
coatings etc., it is recommended that such items
are made of fire-proof material, otherwise, these
should be coated with a suitable, fireproof, heat
insulating
material
and
fire
prevention
instructions should be carefully complied with.
2. ELECTRIC INLET
The appliance should be connected to a network
proper to DIN VDE 0100 Electric Installation
Standards.
Voltage tolerance should not be more than ±10 %.
Earthing has to be done. For this, consider DIN
VDE 0100 clause 540. The earthing screw is
indicated by "
"
label.
3. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Disconnect appliance from the mains and clean
with damp soapy cloth before the first use.
Do not splash or pour water on to the equipment.
Do not overload than the stated capacity.
Electrical heaters can be operated separately as
horizantal lines. When the diameter of the meat
decreases, the desired heaters may be switched
off to save energy.
WARNING :
Operator has to use gloves and hat because of
high temperature and has to stay in side of
appliance instead of in front.
The appliance should be used by a
qualified personnel.
4. OPERATING
Place the meat block inside the equipment.
Plug in the earthed socket which is inside the
motor nest to the equipment's plug.
