• Press and turn the gas control knob from “Off”
position to “pilot ignition” position.
• Simultaneously press the piezoelectric ignition
button until a spark ignites the pilot burner. Hold
the knob pressed in for about 20 seconds and then
release (if the pilot burner flame goes out, repeat the
above sequence).
• Turn the gas control knob to one of the eight settings
to ignite the main burner.
• Make sure the burners are lit by checking through
the hole on the control panel.
• It takes about 30 minutes to heat the water from 20
to 90
0
C with the lid on.
Turning Off
• To switch off the main burner, turn the gas control
knob to “pilot ignition”.
• To switch off the pilot burner, press and turn the gas
control knob to “Off”.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Do not wash the appliance with water jets.
Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance
operation close the gas valve.
• Clean the stainless steel surfaces daily with water
and ordinary non-abrasive detergents, rinse well
and dry carefully. Do not use steel wool or products
containing chlorine.
• Do not use sharp objects which can scratch and
damage steel or coated surfaces.
• Do not use corrosive products to clean the floor
under the appliance.
• If the equipment will not be operated for a long time,
apply a thin layer of vaseline on the stainless steel
surfaces of the appiance and it should stay in a
properly ventilated room.
• In case of any failure at the appliance, call the
authorized technical service. The appliance should
be examined by professional technical staff
