• Gas flex and gas hose connections must be carried
out in accordance with TS EN 14800 standard.
Water connection
• No connection is required since the appliance is
filled manually.
Water drain
• Open the global valve in the bottom of the tank and
discharge the water in the tank.
• Important :
The tank drain must be connected to
the drainage system using a pipe resistant to high
temperatures (100
0
C).
CONVERSION TO DIFFERENT TYPE OF
GAS
• The appliance has been adjusted to operate with
20mbar NG(G20). To convert the appliance to
a different gas supply, scrupulously follow the
instructions indicated below.Use the injectors
and adhesive labels in the bag supplied with the
appliance.
Replacement of main burner injector and adjust-
ment of primary air (Fig.3)
• Remove the control panel from the appliance.
Unscrew the injector “E” from injector connection
part “A”.
• Choose a suitable injector indicated in table “T2”.
• Screw the new injector to injector connection part
“A”.
• Move “H” air regulator back and front according to
gas type to obtain ideal gas flame.
Replacement of pilot burner injector (Fig.4)
• Remove the control panel from the appliance.
Remove the “A” screw.
• Take out “B” injector and choose a suitable injector
indicated in table “T2”.
• Screw the injector by “A” screw.
Gas cock min. flame adjustment (Fig.5)
• Remove the control panel from the appliance.
Ignite the main burner and turn the control knob to
maximum.
• Turn the control knob from max. to min. a few
minutes later. The burner should remain in the stable
position during this sudden change.
• If the burner flame goes out when turned down or
burns too high, it should be adjusted through the
turn down screw “A” on the gas cock.
WARNING : If the appliance is converted to a dif-
ferent gas supply, affix the correct adhesive tag
indicating the new gas used.
START UP
Operation check
• Switch on the appliance in accordance with the
instructions for use, cheek burner ignition and
flame uniformity, cheek the appliance for gas leaks
and make sure the gas exhaust system functions
correctly.
• If necessary, consult the “Troubleshooting guide”
below.
Checking the nominal heat input
• The appliance’s nominal heat input must always be
checked following installation and conversion to a
different gas supply, and also after servicing.
• The appliance’s nominal heat input is indicated in
Table “T5”.
• The nominal heat input is correct when the appliance
is fitted with the appropriate injectors for the type of
gas used and the inlet pressure is as specified in
Table “T5”. To check the inlet pressure, follow the
instructions indicated in the section “Checking the
inlet pressure”.
