Troubleshooting
With any equipment, sometimes problems occur. With the TD iCT250 terminal, error messages are displayed on screen
with a short description. Below is a list of pre-authorization error messages that you could see on the terminal screen
and the actions required to resolve them.

Batch Cannot
Be Closed
With Open Pre-Auths
There are still open
pre-authorizations. Perform a Complete Pre-Authorization on all open
pre-authorizations and then close the batch.

attempted but the
