9- GSM - SMS options
9.1 Vocal option
This function permits the use of the vocal channel of the GSM module when the terminal is
equipped with a headset interface and the option is activated.

9.2 Short Message option
This function allows you to send and receive short text messages through the GSM module.
After selection of SMS option in
GSM - SMS menu, the following options are available:

READ Read sent or received messages. (max. 100
messages).

SEND NEW : enter a new message and optionally
save it.
EXISTING : send an existing message.

PRINT Print a sent or received message.
4
DELETE Delete a sent or received message.
5
SMS CENTER Phone number (could be replaced) of the
network provider’s SMS centre.
Select option using

keys and press the
A
key.
