DEHUMIDIFIER STORAGE
If the dehumidi fi er will not be used for an extended period of

Drain the water tank completely and make sure there is no more water
stocked inside.

Unplug the unit and fold up the power supply cord.
3.
Remove and clean the air fi lter, allow it to dry completely and reinstall it.
Store the dehumidi fi er in a cool, dry loca on, away from direct sunlight,
extreme temperature and excessive dust.
Troubles Possible reasons Resolution
Device doesn’t work
Is the power plug con-
nected? Put the plug in the
socket.
Is the water tank full?
Is the water tank put in
the correct position?
Pour away the water
from the water-tank and
then put the tank into
the unit.
Operation temperature is
too low or too high.
Operation temperature
range is 5-35
℃
.
Dehumidifying
doesn’t work
Operation temperature or
humidity is too low.
In dry season, the
dehumidifying effect will
not be so obvious.
Is air outlet or air inlet
blocked? Clean the air outlet or
air inlet.
No outlet air Is filter blocked? Clean the filters.
Too loud noise
Is the device tilted or not
stable? Put the device in a flat
floor.
Is air filter blocked? Clean the filters.
There is sound of water
flow.
It is not a defect; it is
the refrigerant flowing in
the device.
Water leakage
Drainage pipe is not
tightly connected. Check the drainage
pipe.
Pipe is blocked.
Clean the debris in
pipe.
Frosted evaporator
Operation temperature
is low; the device is in
defrosting mode.
The device has self-
defrosting function.
After defrosting,the
device will work.
