5.19 Changing Probe O-rings

5.19.1 Changing Nut O-ring

Part

Disassemble

Disconnect the Probe from the Sensistor Sentrac.

Use a Sensor Key to remove the Probe Sensor Nut (A) from the Probe Neck

(B).

Use a small slotted screw driver to remove the O-ring inside the Probe Sensor

Nut (A).

Clean the Probe Sensor Nut (A) thoroughly.

Assemble

Use the O-ring mounting tool for nut probe tip to mount the O-ring into the Probe

Sensor Nut (A).

Lubricate the O-ring with lock oil.

Use a Sensor Key to mount the Probe Sensor Nut (A).

Connect the Probe to the Sensistor Sentrac.

Start the Probe and make sure that it works properly, check:

Sensitivity

Display

LED-lamp

If the test fails, see Troubleshooting [
