Vehicle Requirements
To determine if a vehicle is compatible, note the TGX Gateway power input requirements in the
specification table (below). The power-cable wires are connected to the vehicle as discussed in the section,
TGX operation requires placement of a unit’s antennas
on the vehicle rooftop. The magnet-mount antennas
support connection to a metal rooftop. For any nonmetallic rooftop surface, consult with the installer for
options that will provide a solid, rigid connection comparable to the pull force of the
antenna’s
magnet (see
Specifications below).
