STEL Alarm Screen

When a STEL alarm condition occurs
(based on the STEL alarm limit settings in
the configuration menus), the alarm icon
and the STEL icon are displayed.
Depending on the display mode that is
selected, either the gas reading value will
flash or the alarming gas type text will flash.
