7.3.2.10 Show Slave diagnostic

In case the diagnostic data of the edited Slave changes, the

NetTEST II

signals this through a '!' followed by the message

"DATA EXCHANGE" in the last line.

This option reads out the diagnostic data and displays them in
a decoded mode as far as possible. Due to the fact, that the
SLAVE_DIAG_REQ Service was performed, the Slave resets
this flag until the new diagnostic data occur.
