• In the Installer Portal, after calibrating the charger, you should be prompted to enter
the customer’s email address, installation site postcode and first line of the address.
• After completing all fields, click “Next”. Optionally, you can add the last 13 digits on
the customer’s MPAN from their electricity bill. If you don’t have this number click
on “Skip”. The customer will be able to enter it at a later date in the app when
claiming rewards.
