If an abnormality comes up, the induction cooktop will enter the protective state
automatically and display corresponding protective codes:

Temperature sensor of the
IGBT failure.
Please contact the supplier.
E2/E3 Abnormal supply voltage Please inspect whether power
supply is normal.
Power on after the power
supply is normal.
E6/E9 Bad induction hob heat
radiation Please restart after the
induction hob cools down.
