Taking out of Operation
For longer periods without operation (e.g. plant holidays exceeding 2 weeks) please follow belows procedure :
- Shut off the water supply to the unit and drain the water from the dispenser completly by pushing the sparkling button:
- Unplug the 230 volt power plug from the wall outlet
- Unscrew the CO
2
bottle out of the unit, respectively close the valve on the external CO
2
bottle (if supplied)
In order to ensure the best possible and hygienic water quality after restarting the dispenser, it is required to do a
sanitation by your service technician !
Once the unit has been in operation it must be protected against frost. Remaining freezing water in the inline carbonation
module will cause damages of the module !

Times without operation (e.g. weekends, holidays)
Do not disconnect the water dispenser from the power supply because of hygienic reasons !
Unchilled water stored for a longer period of time will lead to off-taste and bad hygiene performance !
The mains water line to the dispenser must be closed after operation at e.g. weekends or plant holidays.
Clean on a daily basis :
- the dispsense nozzle with a suitable food approved sanitizing agent (e.g. alcohol spray Softasept N
from company Braun or Bacillol AF 500ml))
- the driptray and cuprest with a commonly used dishwashing detergent
