The Pearlmax 3 Waterdispenser is designed for cooling and dispensing drinking water.
The unit is only to be operated with potable drinking water that meets local regulations.
Only food suitable CO
2
is to be used for the propellant.
The cooling of other drinks or liquids is forbidden.
The incoming water temperature must not exceed 24°C, as otherwise the pressure in the refrigeration cycle may rise above the
specification, causing compressor damage.

Gas supply (e.g. 10 kg CO

-bottles) all country-specific regulations and safety
instructions must be followed (e.g. calculation of the maximal allowed gas concentrations, etc)
Please talk to your responsible service technician, as he will support you with proper consultation to meet all local regulations.
If necessary, additional ventilation must be installed in order to ensure the required safety level.
- Escaping carbon dioxide (CO

) is heavier than air and will lead to suffocation if large quantities collect in enclosed areas.
- Be reminded that parts of the unit are under operating pressure. Do not loosen or dismantle any components while the system is at
operating pressure.
