2 Copy Mode Using Platen Glass
When copying in 1-2 mode from the platen glass, use the Platen store mode. Refer to p. 4-
2 for details on positioning originals.

1 Touch SPECIAL ORIGINAL on the Basic Screen to display the Special Original Screen,
then touch the desired original direction key to highlight it.

binding mode key to highlight it.

OK to return to the Basic Screen.
NOTE: Selecting UP BINDING will make copies upside down on the reverse side, while the RIGHT&LEFT
BINDING copies normally.
3 Open the EDH.
Place original FACE DOWN on the platen glass according to the original direction
specified in step 1, then close the EDH.
IMPORTANT: PLACE AND SCAN ORIGINALS IN REGULAR ORDER OF PAGINATION.
