STORAGE

Clean the exterior of the machine thoroughly using a soft 

brush and cloth. Do not use water, solvents or polishes. 

Remove all grass and debris, especially from the venti-

lation slots.  
Turn the machine on its side and clean the blade area. If 

grass cuttings are compacted in the blade area, remove 

with a wooden or plastic implement.  
Store the machine in a dry place. Do not place other ob-

jects on top of the machine. 
Release the knob module and fold the upper handles. 
Ensure cables are not stuck or entangled when folding or 

unfolding top handles. Do not drop the handles.    
When using a vehicle to transport the machine, position 

it so that it can cause no danger to persons and fasten 

it firmly.

REPAIR SERVICE

Attention! 

Electrical repairs may only be carried out by a 

skilled electrician or a customer service workshop!
If you send the machine to us for repair, please describe 

the fault.

WARRANTY 

For this electric tool, the company provides the end user 

- independently from the retailer‘s obligations resulting 

from the purchasing contract - with the following war-

ranties: 
The warranty period is 24 months beginning from the 

hand-over of the device which has to be proved by the 

original purchasing document. For commercial use and 

use for rent, the warranty period is reduced to 12 months. 

Wearing parts and defects caused by the use of non 

fitting accessories, repair with parts that are not original 

parts of the manufacturer, use of force, strokes and 

breaking as well as mischievous overloading of the motor 

are excluded from this warranty. Warranty replacement 

does only include defective parts, not complete devices. 

Warranty repair shall exclusively be carried out by au-

thorized service partners or by the company‘s customer 

service. In the case of any intervention of not authorized 

personnel, the warranty will be held void. 
All postage or delivery costs as well as any other subse-

quent expenses will be borne by the customer.

To ensure that it can collect the grass correctly the grass 

bag and in particular the net must be cleaned from the 

inside after use.

Only attach the grass bag after switching off the motor 

and the cutting tool has reached a standstill. Raise the 

discharge flap (2) with one hand and, holding the grass 

bag (1) by its handle in your other hand, attach it from 

the top.

Blade maintenance

•  Regularly remove grass and dirt from the blade.
•  At the beginning of the gardening season, carefully 

examine the condition of the blade.

•  If the blade is very blunt, sharpen or replace the blade.
• 

If the blade is damaged or worn, fit a new blade.

•  If the blade is slipping, tighten the blade by wrench. 

(see fig. 8)

Warning! 

Observe the following precautions:

•  Disconnect the mower from the mains and wait until 

the blade has stopped rotating before proceeding.

•  Be careful not to cut yourself. Use heavy-duty gloves 

or a cloth to grip the blade.

• 

Only use the specified replacement blade.

To replace the blade

•  Turn the mower onto its side.
•  Loosen the fastening screw (Fig. 8).
•  Remove the blade and replace with a new one.
• 

When fitting the blade, make sure it is installed in the 

right direction. The blade’s air vanes must jut into the 

motor compartment.

•  Then retighten the fastening screw. The tightening 

torque should be approx. 25 Nm.

MAINTENANCE

Warning: Stop the mower and remove the 

plug from the power supply before remove the 

grass box.

Note: 

To ensure long and reliable service, carry out the 

following maintenance regularly:
Check for obvious defects such as a loose, dislodged or 

a damaged blade, loose fittings, and worn or damaged 

components. 
Check that the covers and guards are all undamaged and 

are correctly attached to mower. 
Carry out any necessary maintenance or repairs before 

operating mower. 
If the mower should happen to fail despite regular main-

tenance, please call our service helpline for advice.

Warning: Make sure to turn to professional 

maintenance agency when replacing the blade.
