chutney.
for outer coating:1cup,besan
(chick pea flour/gram flour) ,a
pinch of hing ,1/4 tsp red chili
powder ,1/4 tsp garam masala
powder ,2 tbsp oil ,1/2 tsp ajwain
– carom seeds ,water to mix the
ingredients to form a medium
consistency batter and salt .
Mix all the ingredients of filling.
Apply chutney to bread, spread the filling
and place the bread slice over it. Press
slightly and dip in the besan batter.
Place on the greased baking tray and bake
by selecting the menu.
