5.2.3 Separation push-rods - Adjustment

Round and hexagonal bars

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Adjust the push-rod (A) height by operating the
knob (B) so that the first bar (C) remains in its
position once the belts return.

DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Adjust the push-rod (A) depth by operating knob
(D) so that it is positioned between the first bar
(C) and the following bar.Check the adjustments by
pressing key

.

Square bars

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Adjust the push-rod (A) height by operating the
knob (B) so that the first bar (C) is lifted just as
much to be held when belts reverse the direction.

DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Adjust the push-rod (A) depth by operating knob (D) so that it is positioned in the centre of the
bar section.
Check the adjustments by pressing key
