Troubleshooting

1 IDs have been transmitted from software to the device, but I cannot access.

1.1 Please check if IDs have been transmitted to controller, too.

2 The device does not go to setting mode after reading MASTER ID.

2.1 MASTER ID may have changed.

3 A buzzer keeps making sounds. "Bee~~~~~"

3.1 Check if the tamper switch is pressed well.

4 The device dose not communicate with PC.
