II-2 – The Front Panel of the DEP

The settings of the DEP are to be made via the Master Gate software,

by connection RS 232 or by TCP/IP.

Vu-meters and LEDS allow you to check the input level, the work of the AGC
and the limiting of the modulation levels on the TX outputs.

Supplementary RS 232 port:

To facilitate the access to the DEP when it is rack mounted and when you cannot

stay linked to the processor permanently IDT has placed a supplementary RS 232
port on the front panel.
