Installation & Servicing

10 CHECKING THE FLUEWAY BAFFLES

1.

Remove the flue cleanout cover.

2.

Check that the baffle is seated correctly.

11 PREPARING THE BOILER

Note

.

Before placing the boiler in the selected position
any gas and water connections at the rear of the
boiler should be prepared, due to the possible
lack of access.

1.

Fully pumped systems using more than 1 pump, serving
separate zones, must have a common return connection
to the boiler .

2.

Select the desired pumped flow tapping.

3.

Connect pipe fittings to the rear tappings and plug any
unused tappings.

4.

Place the boiler in position.

Note

.

The pump may be fitted on the FLOW or RETURN.
