Adding an I-7540D and configuring the VxComm Driver

Step 1: Obtain the IP address of the i7540D. The MiniOS7 Utility can help you in

obtaining the IP address of the I-7540D.

Note

: The default IP address of the I-7540D is 192.168.255.1

Step 2: From the Winsows Start Menu, go to Program/7188e/Vxcomm2K/ and

locate the VxComm Utility.

Step 3: Before adding an I-7540D, ensure that the

Check Duplicated IP

and

Connect to Server

options are both checked. Type the IP address of

the I-7540D and then click the

Add Server

button to add a new server.
