Free Run synchronization parameter has to be set in PREOP mode:

0x1C32.1 = 0
0x1C33.1 = 0

The setting of the Free Run synchronization parameter can be done in TwinCAT by 

clicking on the "CoE online" tab of the ECAT-2092T slave. Make sure the slave is set into 
PreOP mode before modifying the synchronization parameters

5.3.2 SM-Synchron

In this mode both the master and the slave are synchronized but the data exchange cycle
interval is not deterministic. The slave waits for the master to send a data telegram 

before starting to process the input and output data. In this mode the process data 
handling is being initiated by the master which determines the cycle time.
