5. See the inset drawing. Locate the Screw
Bushing (18) at the bottom of the Hinge (7).
Apply a generous amount of grease to the Screw
Bushing.
Next, slide the Lower Bracket (16) onto the
bottom of the Hinge (7) as shown and hold it in
place.
Then, attach the Lower Bracket (16) to the Door
(3) with four M4 x 12mm Screws (32); start all
the Screws, and then tighten them.
Next, plug the Hinge Wire (21) into the receptacle
in the back of the Door (3).
See assembly step 4. Tighten the M8 x 15mm
Screw (31) enough that you can open and close
the Door easily, but the Door does not move on
its own when it is at rest.

4. Locate the Pin Bushing (25). Using a plastic
bag to keep your fingers clean, apply a gener-
ous amount of the included grease to the Pin
Bushing.
Orient the Pin Bushing (25) as shown and slide it
onto the top of the Hinge (7).
Tip: Avoid pinching the Hinge Wire (21) and
avoid damaging the mirror. With the help of a
second person, hang the Upper Bracket (15) on
the top of the Hinge (7).
Then, tighten the M8 x 15mm Screw (31) a few
turns into the Upper Bracket (15); do not fully
tighten the Screw.
