BASIC OPERATION

Calling
The followng call operatons can be performed usng the pre-
programmed dalng number.

Group call
Select the desred group code that s stored n the memory
usng [Group selector] or [Up]/[Down].
Up to 16 group codes wth [Group selector], up to 40 group
codes wth [Up]/[Down] can be selected.

Rotate [Group selector] or [Up]/[Down] to select the de-
sred group code.

The pre-programmed text
name s dsplayed.

Push [PTT] or [Call Set Up] to make a group call.
• “CALLING” s dsplayed and the callng beeps sound.

When the call s succeeded, “CONNECT” and “ ” appear,
and communcaton can be made.
• The communcaton tmer starts count down at the same tme.
(When no transmsson tme lmt s set, the tmer counts up.)

ton tmer s actvated.
• The communcaton s dsconnected automatcally when the
communcaton tmer s actvated.

Push [Clear] to dsconnect the communcaton manually.
