It is a requirement for warranty that the customer/mechanical contractor has read and fully understands the manufacturers IOM. Please note AHUs
and FCUs are sold with a PARTS only warranty. The warranty period is valid for 12 months from delivery date or 18 months from dispatch from the
OEM factory. There are case by case circumstances where projects and clients have requirements for additional warranty, therefore the contractor is
required to sign and return this form to formalise an agreement between, Oceania Solutions Group and the installing contractor. Failure to comply with
this could see the warranty null and void.
