Troubleshooting 6-25

ICE Vulcan Service Manual

SupplySensor
‘Label Supply Sensor Fault’ - The
label supply sensor is not working.
This could be due to a faulty or
damaged sen- sor, or faulty or dam-
aged wiring, or a loose connector.

•

Power off the machine and check

wiring and connections, then re-try.

•

You can check the sensor input

at

Tools > Diagnostics > Printhead

>Inputs

.

•

If the problem persists, or you

wish to pur- chase a spare label
supply sensor, please call your
local service representative. The
machine will not run until this
fault is resolved. Once resolved
and ready, press the ‘Clear’ button
below.
