There are three basic types of users: administrator, guest, and supervisor.
On the Local Groups on Server Appliance page, you can:

Create new groups
v
Delete groups
v
Set the general properties for groups
Folders and Shares
In the Users and Groups task group, you define who your users are. In the Folders
and Shares task group, you define what they can access.
Clicking on Folders and Shares takes you to the Folders and Shares page where
you can manage local folders and create or modify file shares by clicking either
Folders or Shares.
Clicking Folders takes you to the Volumes on Server Appliance page. You can then
select which drive you want to modify, and open it by clicking Open. Then you can:

Create new folders

Delete folders
v
Change the system volume properties such as name and attributes (read-only,
ready for archiving, and hidden).

Set the general properties for users
Clicking Shares takes you to the Shared Folders on Server Appliance page. Then
you can:
v
Create new shared folders
v
Delete shared folders
v
Change the shared folders properties such as name, path, and accessibility from
various clients (Windows, UNIX, FTP, HTTP)
