Step 5. Stopping the Diagnostics

1. If running Online diagnostics, the system should first be shut down using the

following procedure:

a. Press F3 repeatedly until you get to the Diagnostic Operating Instructions,

then follow the displayed instructions.

b. Press F3 once, then follow the displayed instructions to shut down system.

2. If you changed any attributes on your ASCII terminal to run the diagnostics,

change the settings back to normal.

3. This completes the system verification. Report the SRN to the service

organization if you received one. To do a normal boot, turn off the system unit,
wait 30 seconds, and set the power switch of the system unit to On.
