4. Spread the arms on the air duct and remove it from the system unit.

Note: Do not pull on the heatsink while installing or removing a processor card.

This could damage the processor.

Determine which processor card you want to remove.

5. Push the latches to release the processor card, and lift the card straight up and

out of the system unit.

6. Store the processor card you are no longer using in a static-protective package.

7. Reinstall the air duct.
