The adjustable stationary vice (7) can be rotated to attain cutting
angles from 45° left to 45° right and moved rearward to allow
greater cutting widths.
The mitre angle can be set in a range from 0° to 45°. Often used
angles are identified on the angle stop with appropriate marking.
The 0° and 45° positions are set at the end stops.
To adjust the angle of cut:
Locate the two hex head bolts (15) behind the vice fence. Using
the supplied spanner, loosen both bolts.
Rotate the vice fence until the desired angle of cut is aligned with
the indicator groove in the machine base.
Check the angle of the vice fence to the abrasive wheel using a
protractor, bevel square, or a similar device.
Using the spanner, securely tighten the two hex head bolts
holding the vice to the machine base.
