This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by
the consumer.
Contact an authorised service centre or a similarly
qualified person to have it checked and repaired.
Chain tensioning : Check the chain tension frequently and adjust as
often as necessary (

Guide bar: If the bar is not regularly cleaned, oil and sawdust
combine and emit a burning smell during operation.

Make sure that the oil port is
not clogged. Grease the nose
sprocket at the tip of the bar.

Check for oil leakage and loose
fastenings, especially those
securing handles and the bar.

Clean any dust away from the
cooling vents as clogged vents can cause overheating.
By maintaining a clean unit, you will extend the useful life of the
chain and the saw in general.

Periodically trim the sides of rails using a flat file. If not done in
the long run, the edges might break away and damage the bar.

If the top rail of the guide bar is uneven, use a flat file to restore
them to the same height.
