Domestic Water Piping
Not all components in this drawing may be required by code in
your jurisdiction, but the external components shown here are
all highly recommended by IBC Technologies. At the very
minimum - IBC requires installation of a Vacuum Breaker in the
position shown, with no shut off valves between the device and
the tank. IMPORTANT NOTE: All external components shown
are field supplied.
IBC supplies the Tank, which includes the Factory installed
Temperature Well, Drain Valve, and Temperature & Pressure
Relief Valve. An IBC Temperature Sensor is shipped loose with
the tank to be inserted into the Temperature Well and wired to
the IBC Boiler Control Board on Terminals labelled “DHW S”.
