Understanding Error Messages
Message What It Means
A used test strip was
inserted.
The blood sample has
abnormally high
viscosity or
insufficient volume.
There is a problem
with the meter.
An electronic error
occurred during the
test.
This error message
may appear when the
wrong blood glucose
test strip is used
instead of the
CareSens N test strip.
What To Do
Repeat the test with a
new test strip.
Repeat the test with a
