User Manual

To change the keypad tone

You can change the tone you hear when enterng a phone number on the

keypad. If set to Long tones, the tone s heard contnuously for as long as the

number on the keypad s pressed. Use ths settng f you are havng trouble

accomplshng tasks that rely on tones from your phone such as accessng

messages from an answerng machne. If set to Short tones, the tone s heard

only for one or two seconds. If set to Off, no tone wll be heard.

From the Phone keypad, tap Menu > Options > Phone tab.
In the Keypad list, tap the option you want.
