While holding the allen key in place to lock the shaft, screw the grass trimmer head
on to the threaded shaft until tight.
Then remove the allen key.

Remove the protective cover from the trimmer guard blade.

To remove the grass trimmer head, follow the procedure in reverse.

To replace trimmer line, align the arrows on the trimmer head with the line on the
trimmer bump feed.

Insert the nylon trimmer cord straight through the trimmer head until it extends through
the opposite hole and pull through until each side has equal lengths of trimmer line.

Twist the centre knob clockwise to wind in the trimmer line to the desired length.

Ensure that the cord faces the right direction.
You must also ensure that the trimmer line is straight when feeding through the trimmer
head, otherwise it may get stuck when being pushed through.
