Notes When Pairing Your Bluetooth Device:
a. As each mobile phone or music player brand and model has a different menu structure and
process for adding a Bluetooth audio accessory such as the HYUNDAI Bluetooth radio,
you should refer to the user manual of your Bluetooth device for the accurate and correct
procedure.
b. A device must first be paired to the HYUNDAI Bluetooth radio before it can be connected,
i.e. if a device has been paired, it must then be connected before the hands free and/or
audio playback features can be used.
c. Once the Bluetooth pairing is complete, the HYUNDAI Bluetooth radio will attempt to
connect to your device. Some devices will require further operation to then connect to the
car radio. It is recommended that the device is set to ‘Automatically Connect’ to the
HYUNDAI Bluetooth radio so that whenever the car ignition switch is switched on, the
device will automatically connect to the HYUNDAI Bluetooth radio.
d. The HYUNDAI Bluetooth radio will give connection priority to the last connected mobile
phone.
e. It is recommended that all other Bluetooth devices other than that device to be paired are
switched off during the pairing process.
f. The 0000 passcode may not be required to be required on Bluetooth devices during the
pairing process.
g. The 0000 passcode is fixed in the HYUNDAI Bluetooth radio and cannot be changed by
the user.
