4.2 Basic functions
Volume control:
•
To decrease the volume, press the volume down button (6)
•
To increase the volume, press the volume up button (1)
Each time you press any of the volume control buttons, the volume level changes by
one degree. The piano has 8 volume levels, the default is to turn on the sixth level. The
piano has 16 different tones (instrument sounds), which can be changed by pressing
the Tone 1 (2) or Tone 2 (7) buttons. Each press of the tone change button switches the
tone according to the table below. The default instrument is a piano.

The E/Sustain button (9) changes the way the notes sound when the piano keys are
pressed:
•
Default mode - the sound stops shortly after a key is released or when the key
sounds naturally; it switches on when the unit is switched on
•
Sustain mode - the sound does not stop when a key is released and sounds slowly
for a while; it switches on when the E/Sustain key is pressed for the first time
•
Echo mode - holding down a key or keys will produce an echo effect; it switches
on when the E/Sustain key is pressed for the second time.
4.3 Additional functions
The Demo button (3) starts the demo mode where the unit plays one of the six songs
stored in its memory. Pressing the Demo button in this mode switches the track being
played to the next track - when you reach the last track, pressing the Demo button
returns you to the first track in the list. To switch off the demonstration mode press
the
button.
In demo mode, the piano keys do not work.
The OKON button (8) starts the tutorial mode. In this mode the user can play the piano
to a selected backing track from the list of demo songs. The selection is made by
pressing the corresponding piano key. The first white key from the left enables the first
demo track, the second white key enables the second track, and so on. Keys from 7
upwards can also be used to select a backing track according to the given pattern.
To switch off the tutorial mode press the
button.
REC (4) button switches on video record. The start of the function is accompanied by
the sound of a metronome to help keep the rhythm. After the user has played the
melody, it can be played back by pressing the PLAY button (5). During recording or
playback, pressing the REC button deletes the existing recording and starts recording
again. To switch off the recording or replay press the button
.
The record function does not allow you to permanently save the recording to the
device and does not allow you to record chords.
Thanks to the minijack (12), headphones or external speakers can be connected to the
device.
