4. Use of the device
4.1 First start-up
Do not connect the device and its accessories with visible mechanical damage or if you
notice the device is over.
When storing the piano, do not roll it up too tightly, as this can affect the life of
individual keys or the whole unit. For the same reason, do not stretch or twist the piano.
Unpack the device and accessories from the package. Unroll the piano and place on a
flat, stable, horizontal and hard surface. Install batteries or use AC power - connect the
USB-C plug of the supplied cable to the USB-C connector on the unit (13), and connect
the other plug to the mains-powered USB adapter (not supplied). On/Off switch (14)
set into ON. Status LED (11) lights up red.
To turn the instrument off, set the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. The piano goes
to sleep after 3 minutes of inactivity. The status light then goes out. Pressing any
button will wake up the instrument.
