Using switching outputs
The two switching outputs delivery pulses that can be counted or utilized in a
superordinate controller.
The logic of the signal outputs is parameterizable. You can select between "active
low" (factory setting) and "active high".
Details on setting the switching outputs can be found starting on page 54.
Choose among the following settings for the switching output:
Switching output - FE.NFE (factory setting)
A signal for all ferromagnetic (Fe) particles is output at switching output 1, and a
signal for all non-ferromagnetic (nFe) particles at switching output 2.

Switching output - ALL.RDY
A signal for all ferromagnetic (Fe) particles and all non-ferromagnetic (nFe) particles
is output at switching output 1.
The switching output 2 outputs the "Device Ready" signal indicating readiness for
use.
