detected an error.

This error occurs also when operation voltage is switched off and measurement
voltage is switched on.

Only a superordinate controller can differentiate between this error signal and
normal operation without detection of a particle. Evaluate the signal duration and the
behavior of the two switching outputs S1 and S2 separately.
