Open the "RINSING FLUID return
line" shut-off valve.

The lamp for the reservoir

change-over lights up briefly. This
goes out once the rinsing fluid can
be suctioned.

Now fill the rinsing fluid in the drain
pan of the clean room.

Press the

button once the

drain pan has been emptied through
the suction action.

Press the

button.

The basic setting will be displayed.

Check the fill levels of reservoirs B1 /
B2 again.

Contamination Test

Press OK button to start

Reservoirs full
