OLFP Features
The OffLine Filter OLFP is a stationary bypass flow filter and is used for the
purpose of separating out oil degradation products, water and solid particles
from hydraulic and lubrication fluids.
Thanks to its compact construction, the OLFP is also ideally suited for use in
even the smallest of installation spaces.
The DIMICRON filter element used have the following properties:
• Optimum build-up of oil ageing products on the filter material without rapid
"clogging"
• Very high contamination retention capacity through pronounced depth
structure
The applications are in low-pressure circuits from which part of the flow rate is
taken to establish an effective offline filtration.
The advantages of the OLFP Pressure Offline Filter are:
• Longer lifetime for the main flow filter
• Improvement in component lifetime
• Higher machine availability
• Longer oil change intervals
• Minimum space requirement due to compact design
