4 Transporting/storing the extraction

unit

Through correct handling during transportation and storage, you will maintain
the life cycle of the extraction unit.

Move the extraction unit by pulling or pushing the handle.

NOTICE

Lifting the extraction module at the components

The extraction unit will be damaged

u

Use suitable lifting accessories to lift the extraction module.

u

Lift the extraction module only at the housing, not at attachments or compo-

nents.

ü

In order to transport/store the extraction unit, proceed as follows:

1. Completely empty the extraction unit (all the tanks and lines)

Dispose of the draining test fluid in an environmentally friendly way. Im-

mediately remove the test fluid that has drained.

2. Remove the compressed air supply.

3. Disconnect the power plug and all the electric/hydraulic connections, wind

up the cables/hoses and fasten them to the extraction unit.

4. Shut all ports and open hose ends with screw plugs.

Store the extraction unit in clean and dry rooms, in an upright position under the
storage conditions, see chapter "Technical data".
