forbidden until such time when the seller of the completed machine has determined,
that:the complete machine complies with the provisions of the EC Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery
and a declaration of conformity in accordance with Appendix II, Part A of the EC Directive 2006/42/EC on
Machinery was issued.
the basic safety and health requirements are met for the construction and design of machinery in accord-
ance with Appendix I of the EC Directive 2006/42/EC on Machinery.
the "special technical documentation" in accordance with Appendix VII, Part B has been created.
We are committed to provide special technical documentation about the partly completed machinery within a
reasonable time in paper form upon reasoned request by the national authorities.
